For more than 30 years I've studied and practiced meditation, creative visualization, yoga, deep relaxation, guided imagery, shamanic journey and many breathing techniques.
Since my mind tends to race and chatter, using these quieting exercises has given me different ways to relax, look inside, and experience my inner world which is refreshingly different from the outer “everyday” world.
Expanding my awareness removes boundaries and allows my mind to be open, free and joyous. It has helped me through many difficult times.
It is always an honor and a pleasure to guide people into their creative minds, into a state of inner peace, of deep, rhythmic breathing and of letting go.
