Senior’s Yoga
  
Discover gentle, healthy ways to slow the aging process. In a warm, friendly environment we’ll improve balance, flexibility, digestion, strength and range of motion. Guided breathing and meditation energizes, strengthens the immune system and calms the mind. It’s a wonderful sleep-aid too!

“It’s never too late to start with weights,” says 89 year old Courtenay White. When she was 80, Mrs.White started exercising with 1-2 pound hand weights. Now she works out with 3-5 pounds. Strength training has made her much stronger and greatly improved her balance. She walks her dog Peppy, drives and travels.
